The owner, Jakob Lee, manages this company while maintaining full enrollment in the mechanical engineering degree plan at the University of Houston.

  • What kind of payment methods do you accept?

     We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay, check, cash, and PayPal. We also accept credit card at an additional 3% service fee.

  • How can I get a quote?

    You can get a quote by filling out a contact form, emailing us at info@ssbls.net, or calling us at 832-579-5230.

  • Do you provide on demand services or scheduled services?

    We offer on demand services for the first cut, but all of our properties are maintained at a strict rotation. We do not do one-off mows for residential properties. We try to get all of our properties in the area on the same rotation.

  • How much do you charge for Sod installations?

    Our prices start around $300 per pallet. A pallet of sod includes 450 ft².

  • What kind of services do you provide?

    We offer landscaping and lawn care services for commercial and residential properties. We also offer property cleanups, dumping, tree work, sod installation, grass mowing, and flower bed installation. We have a partner company that handles all of our construction and remodeling portions.

  • How much are your lawn maintenance prices?

    Our prices start at $35 per cut and go up depending on location, size of yard, and amount of weed eating.

  • What areas do serve for lawn service?

    We currently do lawn service is Surfside Beach, Freeport, Clute, Lake Jackson, Oyster Creek, and Jones Creek.

  • Is this lawn care company insured?

    We are fully insured and offer quality assurance. 


  • How much should I water my sod?

    We recommend watering fresh sod at least 30 minutes per day in the summer or 15 minutes per day in the early spring, late fall, or winter.
